Some organizing remarks:

1. speakers will receive a compensation for travel expenses (economy class flight)
2. hotel accommodation for the event time, and invitation for the dinner will be provided
3. no speakers fee will be provided
4. no contribution for accompanying persons will be provided as well.

A copy of your contribution (.ppt or .doc) is kindly requested in order to allows us to organize a meeting DVD, that will be included in the Symposium Kit for attendees. We are waiting for your answer as soon as possible
